List of Judgment of the Court of Justice of the EU in the field of personal data protection

 

In fulfillment of the CPDP`s obligations to inform and provide clarifications regarding the application of the legislation on the protection of personal data, a new section has been created on the CPDP`s institutional website, dedicated to the Judgments of the Court of Justice of the EU (CJEU) related to the application of the rules on personal data protection.

The preliminary ruling and judgments of the CJEU are listed in this section in alphabetical order (starting with the Republic of Bulgaria).
