List of operations for personal data processing which require prior consultation

At a regular meeting held on June 1, 2022, the Commission for Personal Data Protection approved a List of operations for personal data processing, which require prior consultation in accordance with Art. 65, para. 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Said list consists of personal data processing operations, for which an administrator or processor under Chapter Eight, Art. 65, para 1 of the PDPA should conduct a mandatory prior consultation. The list is non-exhaustive and, if necessary, could be updated in the order of its adoption.
