You may lodge a COMPLAINT against a data controller for a violation of your rights or a SIGNAL for infringement of the Law for Protection of Personal Data.
Your complaint/signal must be translated into Bulgarian.
IMPORTANT! In order to lodge a complaint to the CPDP electronically (via e-mail address), you should submit a signed electronic document with an electronic signature. The CPDP does not review complaints, scanned and filed through the website or e-mail of the CPDP, which are not signed with an electronic signature.
You can lodge a complaint to the Commission for Personal Data Protection in the following ways:
1. In person – at the CPDP’s Registry at: 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592 (see the location of CPDP).
2. By post to: 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, Commission for Personal Data Protection.
3. By fax: +3592/91-53-525.
4. By e-mail to the CPDP’s e-mail address (firstname.lastname@example.org). In this case, your complaint should be submitted in the form of a signed electronic document with an electronic signature (not scanned!).
Each complaint must contain: The complainant`s data - name, address, telephone number (if available), e-mail address (if available); The nature of the complaint; Any other information and documents that you consider relevant to the complaint; Date and signature (for electronic complaints - electronic signature and for paper complaints - handwritten signature).
