Conference: Trust, Privacy and Security of Personal Data in the Digital World

The first edition of the international conference "Trust, Privacy and Security of Personal Data in the Digital World" will be held between 17th and 19th November 2015 in Sofia Hotel Balkan, Bulgaria.

The agenda of the Conference shall focus on legislative matters and strategic visions for acquiring privacy in digital world. In the presence and with the active participation of leading IT company experts new aspects of regulation shall be explained and best practices in data protection shall be shared. Emphasis is placed on expectations for change that will occur resulting from the entry into force of the new Regulation.

Main topic of the conference agenda shall be the European Commission proposal for a Regulation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data) and the further discussion in European Parliament and the Council.
